If you hear an east coast accent, it is because she grew in New Jersey and received an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston. She has always been drawn to animals but she was hooked when she met her first kitten, Stanley. She shares her home with her husband, Brian, her Great Dane, Satchel and 2 kittens, John Cougar Mellencat and Cat Benatar. In her off-time, Joanne enjoys kick boxing and crochet (but not at the same time).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Dr. Julie Hayes graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. She joined Parker Animal Hospital in 2004. She and her husband, Mark, are proud parents of 5 dogs (Bailey, Doogie, Topher, Jelly, and Zuzu), a cat (Mercury), and an axolotl named Groot. In her free time she enjoys cross stitching and watching sports.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
